Every December to January, I always feel proud to be a Thomasian. Why? Because of the Paskuhan and foundation week or as we call it, the Quadri Week. Quadri stands for Quadricentennial. We've just celebrated the closing of the 400th year of our beloved University last January 27. A lot of celebrities were there during the variety but unfortunately I don't have a decent camera and I had a sprain a few days ago so I wasn't able to catch up all the events that happen last thursday.

I went to UST at night and I wasn't able to attend the start of the mass. But I was able to attend the 40k voices in where we sang a lot of songs. The only songs that I remembered are Chiquitita, Ako'y isang tomasino (The quadricentennial song in where the Thomasians are tired of listening) and the UST Hymn. Well, it was fun and there were a lot of thomasians inside UST so we aren't able to contact some of our friends.

UST is also known as the firework university of the Philippines. UST has one of the best Pyromusical in the country. So what's with the word "Pyromusical"?. Google it. Here's the Pyromusical last January 27:

Pretty amazing huh?
So once again, I can't tell you much more about what happen on that event because I had a sprain and I don't have a camera. All I can say is UST had a great Pyromusical this year. It is the best I've seen so far. Oh I've heard that other schools had their own celebration too like our neighbor at Morayta. Here's what he said about the Pyromusical:
Amen to you my friend

Even the Ancient alien guy...

A̶n̶i̶m̶o̶ ̶L̶a̶ ̶S̶a̶l̶l̶e̶!̶
Viva La Liga el Tomasino!

Disclosure: The author of this blog graduated from a La salle school. He is now a Thomasian but a Lasallian blood still runs on his veins. Oh he loves UST so much.
